ABSTRACT
Remedial instruction in education is intended to make a remedy on an existing learning issue that hinders the progress and development of learner's needed competencies and learning objectives. This study utilized the descriptive method of research involving thirty (30) grade 4 students. The following are the results of the study.
Majority of the respondents belong to age 17 and most of them are female. The respondents agree that the reading remediation program can promote learning and support for struggling readers. There is no significant difference on the assessment of the respondents on the on the reading remediation program when profile is considered.
The Learning Activity sheets was designed the researcher to enhance the reading skills of Grade 4 pupils.
