ABSTRACT
Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan entails transmitting information, concepts, talents, and values as a whole. E.P.P. is a skill topic by definition, thus teachers must engage students in a hands-on, contextualized, and real-world teaching-learning process. Students learn this topic most effectively by doing.
Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan provides students with the tools they need for lifelong learning. The emphasis is on mastering procedures and skills; without the right work values, it would be dangerous and ineffective. An successful E.P.P is one that is founded on the cognitive, behavioral, or psychomotor, and emotional parts of human development. They say that teaching Epp is a discipline that is vital and that it focuses on how we should take care of our homes. It also covers various themes connected to management and household issues including creating a budget. It is commonly known that this subject is taught in our native tongue and is primarily completed at home, but teachers still have difficulties with regard to their own expertise, instructional strategies, resources, infrastructure, and support from the administration. This study utilized the descriptive methods of research involving fifteen (15) EPP teachers. The following are the results of the study: Most of the respondents were on their 41 years of age and above, female. The most respondents’ perceptions for Teaching Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan in Terms of Teacher-centered Approach, Interactive Classroom and Collaborative Approach are strongly agree. There was no significant difference on perceptions of the respondents in the teaching in Edukasyong Pantahan at Pangkabuhayan in elementary pupils when profile is considered. The Learning Activity sheets are designed by the researcher based on the results of the study.
