ABSTRACT

This study aimed to assess the School and Home Partnership through Gulayan sa Tahanan in enhancing vegetable consumption of Grade 8 students in Payapa National High School. The descriptive method of research was utilized in this study to assess the level of assessment of the respondents on the benefits of School and Home Partnership in Enhancing Vegetable Consumption. Two hundred twenty-four (224) grade 8 students in Payapa National High School were the respondents of this study. Data were taken from these respondents through a questionnaire. The data obtained were treated statistically using weighted mean, standard deviation, and Pearson r. The data revealed that home gardening increases vegetable consumption and provides a safe, encouraging environment to learn more about gardening.
