· Volume II Issue IV

In this new normal, technology is one of the most widely used ways of delivering education for pupils. The paradigm changes from face to face has had a major influence on the education industry and on all the important participants in the academic process. The necessity for the unanticipated impact of the epidemic has led to a growing consciousness about the use of new technology and applications.

Even before COVID 19, the use of technology was already a technique of teaching more effectively. During that period, however, not everyone made effort to study it and get to know it because it is not too necessary to use it. But in this time, it is different. Teachers gradually embrace the requirement to learn and grasp how technology may be maximized to assist them to provide their pupils' necessary learning. Different applications and websites are continually being explored, tried, and tested. This not only applies to teacher purposes, but also to other associated activities, including reports, training sessions and webinars, meetings, collaboration with other educators, communication with children and their parents/guardians. Indeed, technology changes education dynamics, particularly teacher-student connections.

To make its usage more meaningful, it is necessary to recognize the benefits of technology. Some of the advantages of this include supporting teachers in conducting online instruction   and meetings, generating exams, and achieving rapid results and improving teaching and learning experience via the use of numerous engaging online resources. Webinars equipping teachers in utilizing technology are therefore abundant. Google Drive's various applications, Google Meetings, Zoom meetings, Microsoft Teams and many more are some of technological resources that are widely use to cope up with the new setting of education. Through regular use of technology, teachers may adapt to it and harness all potentials that benefit their pupils and their work. Truly, maximizing technology in the new normal is very necessary to support connected and powerful teaching and learning process.
