ABSTRACT

A Research Project Management System is a powerful search engine software program that efficiently stores and manages the students' completed research papers. This innovative system provides seamless and user-friendly access to the soft copies of accomplished researches, empowering researchers to swiftly retrieve the information they need.

Research papers or literature are invaluable assets in educational institutions, libraries, and faculties, serving as essential references for new and future researchers embarking on their own studies. However, the traditional method of storing and distributing research papers can be arduous and time-consuming.

To overcome these challenges, the primary objective of this study is to develop cutting-edge software that optimizes the distribution and management of research papers, thereby enhancing efficiency and benefiting both students and research advisers. The dedicated team of researchers utilized HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as programming languages within the Microsoft Visual Studio Code 2022 IDE to create this robust system on a laptop.

The findings of the study unequivocally demonstrate that the developed system significantly contributes to the seamless and precise collection of accomplished literature by student researchers. With the Research Project Management System in place, the process of searching for and accessing research papers is streamlined, resulting in substantial time and effort savings for researchers and ultimately elevating the overall research experience to new heights.
