ABSTRACT
The opposition of parents on the reopening of classes during COVID-19 pandemic resulted decreased enrollment rate of the schools while the implementation of minors is not allowed to go outside created negative impacts to student-leaders like loosing of purpose as leader in school and cancellation of their plans. With this, using the BangKAALAMAN Project: CoviEducation as intervention, this study sought to strengthen No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 by reaching the unreached learners to ensure No Child is Left Behind in terms of education and leadership as NDVNHS Learning Continuity Plan promised. Twenty-five young leaders were used as respondents. Qualitative and quantitative method of research were used to gather data. A researcher made questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The descriptive statistics was used to determine the frequency of the challenges encountered by student in terms of being elected as student-leader and exercising the leadership skills in implementing activities during pandemic. The result was presented in pie graph. KIIO was used to determine the innovative intervention and its impacts to school enrollment rate, student-leaders, and recognition. Thematic analysis was used in analyzing the qualitative data. The result revealed that the intervention using BangKAALAMAN Project to ensure No Child is Left Behind creates positive impacts to the increase enrollment rate, empowered student-leaders, and in national school recognition. Hence, BangKAALAMAN Project should be adopted and implemented in city-wide and in Mindanao wide too.
