PUPILS’ BEHAVIORIAL POLICY IN CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT IN JOSE T. UNSON MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

ABSTRACT

This study assessed the pupils’ behaviorial policy in classroom management in Jose T. Unson Memorial Elementary School Balayan, Batangas. This study is composed of twenty-seven (27) teachers using descriptive quantitative method such as descriptive evaluative and descriptive comparative. The following finding were drawn from the study. The respondents strongly agree on managing student behavior, creating positive learning environment and enhancing students’ achievement. The respondents strongly agree that they encountered challenges in pupils’ behavioral policy in classroom management. There is significant relationship between students’ behavioral policy in classroom management and the challenges encountered on it. Action Plan was produced based of the outcomes of the study.
