ABSTRACT
Home Learning Spaces (HLS) Program is an offshoot of Brigada Eskwela that seeks to bring together education partners and professionals to assist all learners and their families in creating a quality and conducive learning environment at home. Project DESIGN was developed in support of this program. This study focused on assessing the extent of the implementation of Project DESIGN. at Mahabang Gulod Elementary School for the school year 2023-2024. There were 51 total parents, who mainly served as the subjects of the study. This study used a quantitative research design. Based on the findings, project design implementation was interpreted to a very great extent, as assessed by the respondents. Building harmonious relationships among learners and parents was achieved. In addition, one of the benefits of establishing a functional home learning space was encouraging children and young people to have positive attitudes toward learning, to be curious, and to have confidence in themselves, which was strongly agreed upon among the parents. An enrichment program is designed to strengthen the implementation of Project DESIGN and create positive outcomes for the learners at Mahabang Gulod Elementary School.
