PHILIPPINES, THE BEST PLACE TO BE

by: WILMER JOEL SORIANO DECANO

· Volume VI Issue I

In the heart of the tropics, where the sun kisses the sea,

Lies a land of beauty, where souls wander free.

Philippines, a tapestry of colors and light,

Where every corner unveils a wondrous sight.

From the emerald rice fields to the mountains' grandeur,

To the bustling city streets, where dreams endure,

Philippines, a symphony of cultures and grace,

A melting pot of stories, a vibrant embrace.

In Mindanao's dances and Visayas' songs,

In Luzon's heritage that proudly belongs,

The spirit of unity, the warmth of the smile,

In every face, a story that spans a mile.

From the sandy shores to the lush green hills,

Philippines, a canvas where nature spills,

Its wonders in waterfalls, in forests deep,

In the whispers of history that the winds keep.

Oh, Philippines, the best place to be,

Where hearts find a home, where spirits roam free.

In the laughter of children, in the elders' wise words,

In the songs of the birds, in the rustle of the herds.

So let us celebrate this land so dear,

Where love and resilience always appear.

Philippines, a gem in the ocean's embrace,

A sanctuary of beauty, a magical place.
