This study aimed to determine the parental involvement on academic achievement of kindergarten pupils in terms of language skills, comprehension skills and numeracy skills. Kindergarten teachers were most dynamic in terms of being flexible especially in handling primary pupils and the activities that suits them. Meanwhile kindergarten parents were also active in terms of the education of their children. Most of them were excited for that new phase of the development of the pupils. But because of the covid-19 pandemic it was a huge challenge on how the young children can cope up with the situation as well as their parents.

The respondents used in this study were five (5) kindergarten teachers and one hundred fifty-eight parent-respondents of Lian Central School
