This study aimed in proposing management plan by citing the teachers’ awareness on the different learning delivery modalities, school/ division, and teachers’ degree of preparedness, commitment and responsiveness of teachers in terms of learning plan preparation, content knowledge, pedagogical approaches and assessment in learning. Moreover, it also identified issues and challenges related to managing implementation of learning delivery modalities. In order to attain the objectives, it utilized descriptive method of research using questionnaire as the main data gathering instrument and was supported by interviews and focus group discussion. Findings revealed that Junior High School English Teachers showed moderate awareness to both online learning and modular print modality. In addition, moderate level of preparedness was showed by teachers and school/division regarding the matter. Moreover, they showed moderate extent of commitment and responsiveness in all of their areas of concern regarding instruction. The data further proved on the importance of parents’ involvement in the process.
