IDENTIFYING STUDENTS’ BEHAVIOR POLICY IN CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

ABSTRACT

This study assessed the extent of Identifying students’ behavior policy in classroom management in selected school in Tuy, Batangas. This study is composed of fifteen (15) teachers using descriptive quantitative method such as descriptive evaluative and descriptive comparative. The findings of the study revealed that the respondents were 31-40 years old and all female. Majority of the Respondents strongly agreed on managing student behavior, creating positive learning environment and enhancing students’ achievement. There is no significant difference on students’ behavior policy in classroom management when profile is considered. A learning model was designed in order to educate the pupils about appropriate behavior.
