This study focused on the assessment of two groups of respondents, the students and the teachers teaching Technology and Livelihood Education – Information and Communication Technology teaching Visual Graphic Arts in Grade 8 at Manuel I. Santos Memorial National High School in Taytay, Rizal during School Year 2018-2019.
The descriptive-developmental design was used in this study. The two groups of respondents were the three hundred twenty (320) Grade 8 students and eleven (11) teachers teaching TLE-ICT. The researcher utilized a questionnaire as the main research instrument administered to the respondents.
Findings showed that based from the result of focus group discussion, the lack of a module for Visual Graphic Arts is the main problem encountered by the respondents.
