A PROPOSED ACTION PLAN

MILDRED A. DESTREZA

Teacher III

Despite the fact, that the learner is a key factor that affects the success of the teaching-learning process. No matter how effective the teachers are, good learning will not take place if he is not physically, mentally, and emotionally mature and ready for the knowledge he is about to obtain and acquire. This correlated with his attitudes and perceptions toward a phenomenon, person, subject, event, or activity. Basically, his attitude is affected by his beliefs, interests, strength, self-driven motivation, and his intense desire to learn. Thus, students who are more likely to succeed in the class are those who have positive attitudes toward the subject, teacher, and other things that surround them. Obviously, those pupils who are left behind are those who are not interested in the subject or not motivated to learn nor perceive their teachers as effective.
