DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF SLIDE DECK PRESENTATION IN FRACTION TO GRADE 6 PUPILS IN

This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the Slide Deck Presentation Materials in teaching Fractions to Grade 6 pupils of Nasugbu West Central School. It used the descriptive method of research using twenty (20) teacher-respondents and one-hundred (100) Grade 6 pupil-respondents in Nasugbu West Central School. The written questionnaires with the letter of request were distributed to them and later collected. The data were tallied, interpreted and analyzed.

The study showed that both teachers and students had positive response on the use Slide Deck Presentation in Fraction in the teaching learning process to improve the academic performance of the pupils. These results was arrived using the frequency count and percentage mean, standard deviation and paired t-test. The reinforcement program was designed to help the teachers and students of Nasugbu West Central School improved the performance of students in fraction.
