ABSTRACT

One of the important factors that greatly affect the academic performance of the learners is the teaching approaches and strategies and how the teachers manage them during the teaching- learning process despite of the challenges that they may encounter in the new normal in education. As a facilitator of learning amongst learners, a teacher can make or unmake the students’ performance. This study aimed aims to assess the extent in the implementation of Modular Distance Education Delivery System and teachers’ effectiveness that could be a basis to push the project TEAR. The result of this study ensured that all teachers become more authentic and have a regular opportunity to innovate and create new projects and programs, to involve and display effective communication, strengthen their interpersonal skills, learn the art of building relationships within teams, defining identities and achieving tasks effectively. The respondents of the study were six (6) MAPEH teachers and two hundred fifty-seven (257) students who served as instrument s to determine the effectiveness of the variable to be tested and validated and to obtain the target of this study. The researcher used the purposive sampling. The descriptive-quantitative research method or design was employed in this research project to answer the main problem and sub-problem of the study. The data result implies that the teachers have great extent in the implementation of modular distance education delivery system and were high effective in teaching in the modular distance education delivery system.
