WOW Wins on Wall – All vacant wall of the school is maximized and become the best venue for informationdissemination, advocacie and other related platforms about the implementation of WinS program. Tarpailine are posted everywhere that makes the stakeholders, Bothe internal nas external informed and aware about the details of the program.
2. You are my Wind Beneath my Wins – Engagement with identified stakeholders is a practice that helps sustain and improve the implementation of the WinS program. Partnerahip provides an opportunity to deliver the best service for out pupils.
3. Lesson is fun with Wins- Integration of Wins Concepts and advocacies in daily lessons of teachers, facilities better understanding and appreciation of pupils thus application in schools and even at home is highly evidenced.
4. Wins On my wall - Posting every activity on MY Wall - Posting every activity pertaining WinS on feedback account and other social media generates better connection between the school and the community. It is a motivating act that pushes the community for improved involvement and partnership.
5.Kapehan sa Wins- Meeting of the stakeholders at the school over a cup of coffee is done every last Friday of the month at 3:00-5:00 o’ clockin the afternoon. This aims to mobilize the bonding between the school and the community, thus improve the performance of the learners.
6. Your Voice our Boss- As part of feedback mechanism, we generate comments, suggestions and input from stakeholders through suggestion box. Schools see to it that isssues and concerns are addressed and given due attention.
7. Teams for WinS- What makes WinS program successful in Balayan East CS is because of the presence of organized teams and accountable units who spearhead the promotion and implementation of different activities about WinS.
8. WinS adopts WinS nurtured
To expand the concept of WinS to the community, a barangay was adopted by WinS Advocates of BECS. Best Activities like information dissemination and sanitary education are done every last day of the month.
9. WinS for the Win
To validate the level of understanding of pupils on concept of wash in schools’ programs, a monthly competition, slogan and quiz bee is done in the school. Winners were recognized during flag raising ceremonies. Likewise, a contest for Best WinS implementer was designed to motivate teachers to improve the level of implementation.
10. L&D on WinS – For continuous learning and development of teaching and non teaching staff, parents, pupils and other stakeholders, conduct of school based INSET on WinS as part of the school plan for professional development in done periodically.
