ABSTRACT 

The main objective of this study was to assess the extent of the implementation of the DepEd Conduct Award to Grade 10 students in Pacita Complex National High School.

Specifically, the study aimed to answer the following questions:

1. What is the demographical profile of the participants (Teachers and Students) in terms of:

1.1.2. Gender

1.1.3. Civil Status

1.1.4. Highest Educational Attainment

1.1.5. Years in the Service

1.2. Students

2. What is the perception of the respondents (Teachers and Students) in the assessment of implementation of the DepEd Conduct Award in terms of:

2.2. Criteria

2.3. Selection

3. How significant is the difference between the assessments of the participants in the extent of implementation of the Conduct Award in terms of:

3.1. Objectives

3.2. Criteria

3.3. Selection

4. Based on the findings, what plan of action maybe proposed in order to fully implement the DepEd Conduct Award for Grade 10 Students in Pacita Complex National High School?
