21ST CENTURY EDUCATION SKILLS AND TRAITS OF AN INNOVATIVE LEADERS PERCEIVED BY THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN IBAAN DISTRICT, DIVISION OF BATANGAS

(Purpose) This qualitative research examines the 21st Century Education skills and traits of an innovative leader perceived by the school administrators in Ibaan District, Division of Batangas.

(Problems / Issues) Specifically, the study seeks to determine the 21st Century Education skills and traits that make the School Administrators of Ibaan District, Division of Batangas an innovative leaders and how to do these skills and traits make them an innovative leaders or innovative school administrators.

(Method) This study employed a phenomenological approach of research. Phenomenological research focuses on the commonality of a lived experience within a particular group. The researcher was directly involved in interviews with the participants on the perspectives and views on the 21st Century Education skills and traits of School Administrators of Ibaan District.

(Findings) The results suggest that the 21st Century Education skills and traits of an innovative leaders perceived by the School Administrators help the participants manage their schools in embracing the 21st century education.

(Values) Nonetheless, the study serves as reflective reference for all the School Heads of Ibaan District, Division of Batangas to constantly re-evaluate the 21st Century Education skills and traits of an innovative leaders perceived by the School Administrators.
