Dr. Alvin B. Punongbayan is an educator, leader, researcher, and author.
He is a Master Teacher I at Bilaran National High School, Nasugbu, Batangas wherein he serves as English Teacher, Research Coordinator, and School Paper Coordinator.
He is the Dean of Education at STI College – Balayan, Batangas.
He had been a professor at Dr. Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation Inc wherein he handled subjects such as Literary Criticism, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Business Psychology, Humanities and other related subjects on education, business, linguistics and literature.
He is an author of English Books for Junior High School, Senior High School and College students.
He is a graduate of Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Management at the Our Lady of Fatima University. He is a graduate of Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Supervision- Cum Laude; and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English- with highest distinction.
He also graduated Post-Doctorate Degree on Strategic Management and Leadership at the Philippine Christian University – Manila, last August 24, 2023.
Dr. Punongbayan also earned Human Resource Management & Organization at the International Business Management Institute, and Diploma in English Language and Literature at Alison.
In addition, he is an International Research Presenter on International Conferences like in Burapha University International Conference held in Chonburi, Thailand, he also presented in Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators International Convention and Conference, and more similar conferences both in local and international arena.
He has published his researches in various indexed international journals like in International Journal of Current Research.
He is also the owner/director of Instabright Publication, and the chairman and founder of the Instabright International Guild of Researchers and Educators, Inc. He is the organizer of Instabright International Research Conferences and Presentation being participated by teachers from Department of Education and even by various colleges and universities.
Dr. Punongbayan is a thesis/research consultant, research panelist, statistician and thesis grammarian of different universities in Manila, Cavite and Batangas. He has been a lecturer in Licensure Examination for Teachers. Added to these things, he had been a Resource Speaker in various local and international seminars.
Moreover, he was awarded as Noble Asian Educator and Noble Asian Educational Leader by the International Society of Teachers, Administrators and Researchers, Thailand. He also won other awards such as Best Writer, Innovative Teacher and Outstanding Researcher of the Year, and even Outstanding Teacher of the Year at the International School Awards, Dubai.
He was awarded as Iconic English Teacher of the Year at the World Education Icon Awards, 2021.
Recently, he was chosen as the Most Outstanding and Remarkable Individual in Educational Institution of the Year on the Asia’s Pinnacle Awards.
He also received the award as Asia’s Most Influential Educator, Researcher and Excellence in Leadership Award at the 6th Asia-Pacific Luminare Awards.

Dr. Andro M. Bautista is a Master Teacher II of Nasugbu West Central School, Graduate School Professor at Our Lady of Fatima University and Dr. Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation Inc.
He is also an author of books on Research and Statistics. In addition, he had presented also different researches in the Philippines and in various countries. He is well-known for his expertise in thesis writing and statistics. He became resource speaker in many conferences talking on research and statistics.
He received a lot of recognitions in the field of Research.

Dr. Raymart O. Basco is a College Instructor at Batangas State University. He took Bachelor of Elementary Education at Batangas State University, graduated as Cum Laude. He finished Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Supervision at Dr. Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation Inc, graduated as Magna Cum Laude. He finished the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at Our Lady of Fatima University - Valenzuela.
He is a research enthusiast wherein he participated in various international and local conferences.

Mr. Nikko C. Panotes is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at STI College -Balayan, graduated as Cum Laude.
He worked as Software Engineer at Accenture Delivery Center in the Philippines. He also worked as Software Analyst and Application Support Analyst at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. He worked also as System Analyst at St. Luke's Medical Center. He's a Senior IT Business Analyst at Globe Telecom.
He is proficient in programming such as COBOL- Mainframe, DB2, JCL, SQL. He is also good in using Java, Visual Basic, and Visual Studio 2010. Knowledgeable in developing Web-Based Systems using HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS, and JavaScript.
His competencies are Project Management, Software Development and Architecture, Troubleshooting and Quality Control, Agile Processes, and Process Improvement.
MISS KATHERINE JOY P. ALICAWAY
Finance Officer
Miss Katherine Joy P. Alicaway is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Batangas State University.
Her work experiences are: Executive Secretary of Robinsons Supermarket -Twin Lakes, Medical Record Clerk at "Ospital ng Nasugbu", and Bookkeeper of Mission-Bearer Christian Church.
Dr. CHIN WEN CONG

Prof. Chin Wen Cong is a psychologist and researcher from Penang, Malaysia. He graduated at UCSI University Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with the degree of Master of Child Psychology. In addition, he took Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at the Upper Iowa University, USA where he graduated as Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Chin is an Special Education Teacher cum Child Psychologist at Prospect Rainbow Sdn. Bhd. He taught at Telebort Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and at Penang Chinese Kindergarten.
He has attended and presented his studies on various conferences such as on the 7th ASEAN Regional Union of Psychological Societies Congress (Oral & Poster Presenter), 3rd Malaysian International Psychology Conference (Oral & Poster Presenter), Our Society, Adults & Youths Conference, and Malaysian International Psychology Conference. Prof. Christopher Francisco is currently taking Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Leadership and Management with Specialization in Supervision of Academic Program at La Consolacion University Philippines. He finished Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management, Diploma in Teaching Educational Leadership, Continuing Professional Teacher Education from the same school. Dr. Ma . Rhoda Escalante Panganiban is an Assistant School Principal II of Tuy Senior High School, Graduate School Professor at Rizal College of Taal. She is also an author of book in Practical Research II for Senior High School.
She is well known for her expertise in thesis writing. An advisee of the Thesis Writing 2 in the Graduate School, and sit as panel in thesis defense from different institutions. General Secretary of the organization BRAVE in SDO Batangas Province.
A panel reactor in research caravan held by the DCBER. She became resource speaker in many conferences about research.
She received a lot of recognition in the field of research and recently awarded as Outstanding High School Master Teacher in the SDO Batangas.
Miss PINKY JANE A. PEREZ

Miss Pinky Jane A. Perez is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English at Dr. Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation Inc. She is currently taking Master of Arts in English as Second Language at the Dela Salle University-Dasmarinas. She is also taking Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages (TESOL) Certification Course at TESOL Coach Master by The American Global Management Association (AGMA).
She is a Senior High School English teacher of Dasmarinas Integrated High School. She became ISO 9001:2015 Document Custodian Committee Member of the aforementioned school. She also taught at Arnold Janssen Catholic Mission Foundation Inc., Dasmarinas, City. In addition, she worked as teacher also at Grand Prairie Learning School.
She attended lots of seminars and training, especially on Curriculum Contextualization and Sustainable Partnerships.

Miss Mary Jane B. Custodio is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino at Dr. Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation Inc. She is currently taking Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Supervision. She had also taken units of Master of Arts in Teaching Filipino.
She is a senior high school teacher at SHS within Nasugbu East Central School where she also serves as SSG Adviser. In addition, she had been the Red Cross Municipal Adviser and a School Papoer Co-Adviser.
She attended various trainings in teaching Filipino.

Mark – Jhon R. Prestoza is a Senior High Teacher at Quirino National High School, School Division Office of Isabela, Region 02 of the Department of Education.
He finished his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino at the Isabela State University – Roxas Campus and graduated as CUM LAUDE. He finished his Master of Arts in Education – Filipino Language from the Isabela State University – Central Graduate School Echague, Isabela. He also finished his Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) in Wika, Kultura at Lipunan from the University of the Philippines – Open University and. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Language Education – Filipino at Isabela State University – Cabagan, Isabela.
In his years of teaching, he has served as a Volunteer Administrative Officer and an Online Training Instructor at Teachers in PH (TiP) review and training, Volunteer Research Reviewer at Asian Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences and Research Manager at the International of Multicultural Network (IMN) and currently an Associate Editor at International Journal Linguistics, Literature, and Culture.
He served as lecturer, speaker on various training, seminars and research forums. He published researchers at scholarly high – index journals.
As a research advocate, he presented various research papers on local knowledge, indigenous studies, curriculum, and instructions. His various research paper was fully funded by Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) – Lingguwistikong Etnograpiya ng Filipinas and Basic Education Research Fund (BERF) by the Department of Education.
He received various awards within the province, region, and national as Natatanging Kabataang Isabeleño (Outstanding Isabeleño Youth), Natatanging Gurong Isabeleño (Outstanding Isabeleño Teacher) and Outstanding Researcher.

Mr. Keive Ozia works with passion and dedication. At an early age of 21 he was immersed in administrative level handling different positions like research, marketing,human resource and quality management. He was also able to handle all areas of education from Basic Education to Graduate School. This proves that he is indeed comepetent as regards to teaching. It is within his self-culture to produce outputs that are high standards. In fact, in his employement now, he was the lead person, in his term as Director for Quality Management, in making it the first and the only level 1 accredited school in Santa Maria Bulacan. He was able to raise the total population to 43% in just 1 year as the Director for Marketing of the organization he is into.
Marketing(guaranteed increase in student population , branding, target market analysis), curriculum development, personnel management, administration and orgazation are the things he specialize.
He was awarded as an outstanding school head and outstanding researcher in the Instabright National Awards for Educators where he is one of the youngest awardees. He was also chosen as the outstanding principal of International Education Summit and Awards in Bangkok, Thailand.
He had been a consultant of shools where there are needs as regards to management development, accreditation, and personnel training.
He had been invited for speakerships where student leadership, management, marketing and curriculum are the main focus.
Had had been an author of book and articles from an on line magazine and publishing companies. He also assisted publishers to increase its sales.
In his term as principal if Liceo di San Lorenzo Senior High School, the department was certified as "Highly Performing" Senior high school in Santa Maria, Bulacan by the Department of Education.
Dr. RJAY C. CALAGUAS

Dr. Calaguas is a Kindergarten Teacher at Northville 15 Integrated School, Division of Angeles City since 2013. He is dedicated to the social and emotional development of each child. He makes it his goal to make sure that each child receives the best care and love that he/she all deserves.
He completed his Doctor of Education major in Educational Management degree (2019), Master of Arts in Education (2015) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (2010) at Pampanga State Agricultural University. He was also conferred an Honorary Doctoral Degree - Honoris Causa by World Christian Fellowship Ministry and the University of Oklahoma, USA in 2019.
He loves watching the children with different behaviors and needs and transforming them into awesome human beings. Because of these, he was awarded as Outstanding Teacher of the Year (2020), one of the Top 10 Regional Outstanding Kindergarten Teachers (2019), Division Outstanding Teacher (2018), and Best Kindergarten Teacher Implementer in Region III (2017).

Ms. Irene H. Andino is a Teacher II and designated as Research Coordinator in Lian Senior High School- DepEd Batangas Province.
She received her master's degree in Master of Arts in Education Major in Science Teaching from Dr. Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation, Inc. (2018) - Summa Cumlaude, and her BSED major in Biological Sciences degree from Batangas State University ARASOF Nasugbu (2015) - Cum Laude and Ten Outstanding Student Awardee (TOSA).

Assoc. Prof. Mario A. Cudiamat is currently a Master Teacher II and designated Subject Group Head of Senior High School in Calatagan at Department of Education-Batangas Province. He also works as Associate Professor (adjunct faculty) of Science and Mathematics Division of the Graduate Studies Department, Dr. Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation, Inc,, Nasugbu Batangas. Among the courses he teaches are psychology of learning, anthropology, research, statistics, natural science and mathematics education courses. He works also as mangrove specialist and conservation biologist at Center for Marine Science and Mangrove Research, Calatagan Mangrove Forest Conservation Park, Batangas. Presently, he is a Doctor of Philosophy candidate at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas under the Exchange Visitor Program Scholarship.
Mr. JESSON L. HERO

Jesson L. Hero holds a BSE degree, major in Social Studies from City of Malabon University, and a licensed teacher. He obtained his MA in Education major in Administration and Supervision at Meycauayan College. He also obtained his MA in Education major in Social Studies at La Consolacion University Philippines. At present, he is pursuing Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Leadership and Management at La Consolacion University Philippines. He also published hi master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Technology Integration in Teaching Performance” in an International Journal Publication.
At present, he is the academic coordinator of Junior High School Department in Obando Montessori, Inc. and aside from that, he teaches research subjects in the Senior High School Department in the said school. Also, he is teaching research subjects in other private schools.
Dr. ALBERT BULAWAT

Dr. Albert Bulawat is an English teacher from DepEd Nueva Ecija and a part-time instructor at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology – Papaya Off-Campus Program. Dr. Bulawat obtained his degree in Doctor of Education major in Educational Management with academic commendation from Wesleyan University Philippines in 2019; Master of Arts in Education major in English, Magna Cum Laude from the College of the Immaculate Conception in 2017 and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English from the same school in 2014. He also earned units of Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management from Good Samaritan Colleges, where he served as an instructor in the College of Education and an in-house LET reviewer.
He also spent his early years in teaching at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School as a grade-school teacher while working part-time at Nueva Ecija Doctors Colleges as an English and Literature instructor under the College of General Education.
He has served as a research and feasibility instructor, member, and chairman of the panelists in various undergraduate research defenses in different schools in Nueva Ecija. He has also served as a resource speaker in various seminars and pieces of training on journalism, research, and personality development. Dr. Bulawat has also been a freelance manuscript proofreader, critic, and reviewer for graduate studies.
With his profound love of his profession, he was hailed as a three-time most outstanding teacher in his school.
Dr. ALLAN M. MANALOTO

He is a graduate of Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Education major in Educational Leadership and Management at Holy Angel University; Master of Arts in Nursing major in Nursing Administration at La Consolacion University Philippines (Summa Cum Laude); and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Bulacan State University. He also earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education (Uniting) at La Consolacion University Philippines. He is both a Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT).
Previously, he worked as a staff nurse, occupational health nurse, and safety officer in private institutions before he entered in the teaching profession last 2017. Currently, he is a public school educator teaching science subjects, research, disaster readiness and risk reduction, among others, under the senior high school department. He is also enrolled at Bulacan State University, taking up Master of Arts in Education major in Biological Science.
He serves as a manuscript reviewer in selected international peer-refereed journals. He has publications nationally, one of which is a national journal with international indexing services. He is a writer and evaluator (division level) of Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM) with published modules in General Biology for Senior High School. Moreover, he has also created Self-Learning Kits (SLKs) designed for the same students.

Irene C. Gumiran is a well-respected educator, she has the knowledge and experience to offer a variety of services customized to fit your specific needs in research education. With a true dedication to share the value of education, she educated and inspired countless people inside and outside of the classroom since 2011.
She completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Management at Our Lady of Fatima University (2022), Master of Arts in Educational Management at Pasig Catholic College (2015), and Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in Social Science at Isabela State University (2011). Mr. Jerico N. Mendoza is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English and finished Master of Arts in Education Major in Administration and Supervision from Dr.Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation Inc., Nasugbu Batangas, where he received honors "Cum Laude."
He is a public senior high school teacher at the Nasugbu East Senior High School, Lumbangan, Nasugby, Batangas teaching specialized subjects such as Practical Research 1, Practical Research 2, Inquiries investigation and Immersion, English for Academic and Professional Purposes and Creative Non-fiction. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including Asia's Educators and Professionals, and Instabright International Guild of Researchers and Educators Inc.
His competencies are writing research articles, poems, biographies, and short stories. He has published research articles and poems in both local and international publications with ISSN. He was also received different recognitions in his works such as Most Inspirational Poem of the Year, Best Research Paper and Best in Oral Presenter.
